TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We hereby mention the term " Project Manager" to an individual or an organization renting our facility.
2. The Project manager is supposed to pay the refundable fixed deposit which will be varied depending on the type of project.
3. The studio takes the call to hand over the premises after a verified background check.
4. The studio has NO right to question the project manager regarding the administration or involvement in any kind of creative workflow.
5. The procedures like Hiring, discussions, and development should be carried out in the allotted space.
6. The studio offers high-quality workstations and stationery to meet the project requirements which are to be returned after the contract.
7. A new user account is created in the name of the project for which the project manager stays responsible for uploading and downloading the data.
8. In case of any damage to the equipment or the premises will cause the project manager pay for that as per studio norms.
9. The Manager and team must carry their storage equipment and the studio is NOT responsible for any loss of drives or data.
10. The studio is NOT responsible for any kind of data leak or hack, and if required, the studio has the right to break the contract at any time without prior intimation.
11. After the cancellation or completion of the project, all the user accounts and the data of that particular project will be erased with prior intimation.
12. The studio has complete freedom to terminate the project if anything seems Illegal or malware content creation.
13. The offer letters and advertisements MAY carry the studio's brand name for just promotional purpose and does NOT acquire any administration rights.
14. The project manager and the team must be aware of all terms and conditions of the studio by all means.
